You know your techniques, you're comfortable with clients, but you want to take your business to the next level. This course was designed for all my staff over the years. Everything in these courses was taught to my team, allowing us to generate millions of dollars in revenue. Every course gives you a short cut to making more money, harnessing your skills, being worshipped by clients and creating a die-hard following. These skills will enable you to make more money, be irreplaceable and recession proof and give you more flexibility than ever before.
The courses were originally designed for qualified hairdressers to enable them to build and maintain a clientele. Time after time, when we delivered these courses, the stylist would be fully booked within 3 months. HELL YEAH!

Mastering Colour
A course for senior hairdressers with an understanding of colour.
I have been able to maintain a vast clientele by building their trust, nailing low maintenance colour techniques
and slowly guiding, and teaching them how to take care of their hair at home. This is not about 'selling' it is about educating. We need to remember that most people
don't even know how to shampoo their hair properly.
Mastering Consultations
+ Building a Clientele
Consultation is the MOST integral part of your appointment time.
It is the first point of contact for you and your client. It sets the tone for your time with them and allows you both to put forward expectations and build that trust. With a thorough consultation you will achieve the best result for your client, and you will be able to go through your appointment with both you and your client more relaxed.
How do you build your clientelle? Why do they come back to you? Do you know what is walking through the door everyday?
Doing amazing hair is obviously very important, but clients also want to know that you care about them and their hair. There are different ways of doing this and they all involve making your day easier, more fun and more creative.
The ABCD Method
- Clients and staff can be categorised ABCD
- There is no such thing as a C or D grade hairdresser with A + B grade clients
- You can upgrade your clients. The C + D grade will filter out because you wont have availability as your A’s+B’s will be rebooked!
- Your days will be easy, predictable and profitable
- You will reach your targets and commission
- Remove the anxiety of having an empty book
" My books were full within 6 weeks of starting at a new salon, unbelievable!"
