Consultation is the MOST integral part of your appointment time.

It is the first point of contact for you and your client. It sets the tone for your time with them and allows you both to put forward expectations and build that trust. With a thorough consultation you will achieve the best result for your client, and you will be able to go through your appointment with both you and your client more relaxed.


How do you build your clientelle? Why do they come back to you? Do you know what is walking through the door everyday?

Doing amazing hair is obviously very important, but clients also want to know that you care about them and their hair. There are different ways of doing this and they all involve making your day easier, more fun and more creative.

The ABCD Method
  • Clients and staff can be categorised ABCD
  • There is no such thing as a C or D grade hairdresser with A + B grade clients
  • You can upgrade your clients. The C + D grade will filter out because you wont have availability as your A’s+B’s will be rebooked!
  • Your days will be easy, predictable and profitable
